1. Third-Party Logistics Partners
All orders are fulfilled and shipped through trusted third-party logistics partners like Delhivery, etc. While we ensure seamless coordination with these partners, JEWELAA is not liable for delays, lost packages, or service disruptions caused by logistics providers.
2. Delivery Areas
We deliver to all postal addresses across India. For smooth delivery:
- Provide a complete street address with an accurate PIN code.
- Include a contact number for delivery coordination.
- Note: Deliveries to colleges, schools, hostels, or institutional addresses are made at the customer’s risk. JEWELAA will not issue refunds/credits if packages are refused by administrators.
3. Address Accuracy
- Third-Party Validation: Shiprocket and other partners validate addresses using PIN codes. Customers are responsible for penalties/fees due to mismatched addresses (e.g., wrong PIN code).
- Reshipment: Reshipping charges (100% of original shipping costs) apply for orders returned due to address errors.
- Lost Packages: JEWELAA is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect/incomplete addresses. No refunds or replacements will be issued.
4. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
- Processing: Orders are dispatched within 1–4 business days post-confirmation.
- Shipping: Delivery typically takes less than 7 business days after dispatch, but depending upon circumstances, this might change.
- Delays: Logistics partners like Delhivery may face delays due to weather, strikes, or technical issues. No refunds or replacements will be offered for delays beyond our control.
Note: Delivery timelines vary by PIN code. Remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
5. Tracking & Support
- Order Tracking: Track your shipment via the link provided by Shiprocket in your confirmation email.
- Delivery Issues: Contact Delhivery’s customer support directly for delivery-related queries. For unresolved issues, email [email protected].
6. Special Delivery Requests
Mention preferred delivery dates in the “Gift Message” box during checkout. While we inform logistics partners of these requests, delivery timelines are not guaranteed.
