Return & Refund Policy

At Jewelaa, we value customer satisfaction. We offer a 2-day return policy, meaning you must request a return within 2 days of delivery. After this period, the return window will be automatically closed.

How to Request a Return

  • Mail us at [email protected] / WhatsApp us at +91 7980348040 within 2 working days, including your Order ID and reason for return.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all return requests.
  • As your payment was made through our payment partner, RazorPay, you will receive the eligible refund amount after deducting the reverse shipping fee. A confirmation of the refund will be sent to your email.
  • If your return is approved, ₹150 will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping costs.
  • This includes:
    • ₹85 for sending the product to you (forward shipping)
    • ₹85 for picking it up from you and returning it to us (reverse shipping)

Return Eligibility & Conditions

1. Damaged or Missing Product

We follow a strict 3-layer quality check before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged product:

  • The damage must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
  • An unboxing video clearly showing the damage is mandatory.
  • If you ordered multiple products, only the damaged item will be eligible for return.
  • The refund will be processed to your payment method within 7 days after we receive the returned product.

Important Notes:

  • The video must clearly highlight the damaged or missing part.
  • Ensure that the product’s original labels and tags are intact.
  • If the video does not meet these requirements, the return request will be rejected.
  • A 360-degree unpacking video is required to verify damage or missing items.

2. Dislike or Change of Mind

If you dislike the product upon delivery, you can request a return within 2 days.

  • Return shipping charges of ₹150 will be deducted from the refund.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition, as it is box packaging.

Key Conditions:

  • If the return request is rejected due to quality checks, no refund will be issued.
  • Customers must be available for the reverse pickup. If unavailable or unresponsive, the return request will need to be re-initiated, extending the overall timeline.
  • Some pin codes may not be reverse serviceable. In such cases, you may need to ship the product back yourself.

3. Additional Return & Exchange Guidelines

  • Returns are processed at the order level (not on a product-by-product basis).
  • Jewellery from combo sets or gift boxes cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Products purchased during exclusive sales, promotions, or clearance events are non-returnable.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please avoid impulse purchases.
